HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Set the Pace - Direct all activities for your assigned production lines in accordance with goals, product standards, costs, budgets, and established procedures
  • Impact Results - Identify opportunities to eliminate cost and/or waste through applying LEAN manufacturing principles as well as driving Continuous Improvement activity
  • Take a New Angle - Develop and implement best practices for safety, quality and equipment maintenance
  • Fresh Thinking - Use problem-solving and root cause analysis skills to resolve or mitigate operational challenges
  • Collaborate to Win - Promote our culture of diversity and inclusion within all departments, while acting as a liaison between numerous areas of the organization
  • Drive Efficiency - Perform schedule adherence monitoring and make necessary adjustments due to downtime, inventory, demand, and projection fluctuations. Additionally, manage unplanned downtime through proper equipment operation and preventative maintenance


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS


Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3 or more years of leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Experience managing safety and/or quality programs & processes
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution
  • Experience with Root Cause Analysis and Continuous Improvement


Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the Food & Beverage industry
  • Mechanical and technical aptitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Bachelor of Science or Arts and leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Knowledge and execution of Autonomous Maintenance processes and programs
