Responsibilities JOB SUMMARY: UT Southwestern Medical Center has an opening with the Revenue Cycle Department team for a Supervisor, MSRDP. The ideal applicant responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: High energy, motivational, encourager to the team Ensure work processes and workflows are accurate and timely Resolve all adjustments and credit balances properly and accurately Communicate and educate team with appropriate feedback as needed This is a 100% work from home (WFH) opportunity, however, the candidate must live within the State of Texas and be available to come to the office for possible meetings, training and equipment pickup or exchange, if required. High School diploma or equivalent and 5 years‘ experience working with medical claims recovery and/or denials management and regulations within a healthcare or insurance environment. Five (5) years’ experience in a lead or supervisory experience is preferred.
