Job Summary

The primary responsibility of the Suite Concierge is to provide exceptional service to all guests before, during, and after events at Oakland Arena and RingCentral Coliseum. The Suite Concierge will enhance the guests experience by greeting and escorting guests to Suites throughout the venue.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome using a positive and clear speaking voice.
• Actively promotes the experience of Oakland Arena and RingCentral Coliseum events and services.
• Answer inquiries, offers suggestions, and provides information to guests pertaining to Oakland Arena and RingCentral Coliseum and the various locations within the complex.
• Provide an unsurpassed level of service to our guests.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to act and think quick.

Education and/or Experience

• A minimum education level of High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 0 to 1 years of related work experience.

Skills and Abilities

• Strong interpersonal and organization skills.
• Must be proactive in providing exceptional customer service.
• Must be able to work in a team environment and interact with multiple departments with tact and professionalism.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
