Lubrizol is currently looking for a collaborative SuccessFactors System Administrator to join our HR Data Technology group. In this role, you would be responsible for the maintenance, operational excellence, and optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors system, ideally within the Performance Management / Goal Management and Recruiting modules. The ideal candidate would love solving problems to create effective solutions, analyzing information, and providing a high level of customer service. You would use your experience with SAP SuccessFactors to help drive process improvements, enhancements, and guidance to end-users. Ideally, this position will be based out of our Global Headquarters in Wickliffe, OH, but is open to any US location where Lubrizol operates and will be a hybrid working model.
What you will be responsible for:

  • Provide ongoing technical knowledge and consultation on SuccessFactors talent management product suite (internally known as Career Essentials).
  • Maintain and manage day-to-day operation of SuccessFactors modules, annual talent cycles and special projects.
  • Collaborates with other departments for process optimization; Provides recommendations on configuration changes to meet business needs.
  • Manages ongoing system configuration, testing and deployment across the Continuous Performance/Feedback, Performance, Goals, Development, Succession, Calibration and Recruiting modules.
  • Project management of 3rd party integrations with SuccessFactors modules.
  • Builds and maintains custom reports and dashboards; provides support in analysis of system data.
  • Leads the creation, configuration, testing and implementation of other HR Technology related projects as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system interface errors, system related issues and unexpected results.
  • Manage tickets for system issues and enhancement requests using ServiceNow.
  • Conduct quarterly enhancement testing and validate system upgrades, patches and new releases.
  • Maintain, create and update system and process documentation.
  • Run reports and analyze as needed.
  • Develop, document and maintain system admin procedures and employee resource guides.
  • Continuously review system capabilities to align with future organizational growth objectives.
  • Provide end user support and training.
  • Participate on current and future HR system related projects.
  • Conduct audits in a consistent and timely manner and take actions to remedy any issues.

What you need:
  • Functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors PMGM (performance) and RCM (recruiting) modules.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university OR at least (5) five years of HRIS systems experience OR (5) five years of SAP system integration experience.
  • Proven experience troubleshooting system issues OR previous systems administrator/analyst experience.
  • MS Office experience.
