Provides support to the Fostering Panther Pride (FPP) students to help ensure academic, personal, and career success. Utilizes the best practices to improve retention and graduation rates; provides individualized guidance and services to students who have foster care and homeless backgrounds. Connects students to relevant campus resources; monitors and tracks progress of students; maintains communication with faculty and staff in support of the students. Coordinates workshops and students enrichment activities. Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of appropriate experience, or Master's degree.
