Study Coordinator II BioAnalysis

Job Overview:Labcorp Drug Development is the leading Clinical Research Organization globally. We have an exciting career opportunity for a Remote Based Study Coordinator on our BioAnalytical Team in Madison, WI.
In this role, you will be coordinating the activities of routine and non-routine studies in compliance with appropriate company standards, GLP, GCP, GMP, and regulatory guidelines specified in the study plans, protocols, or work agreements governing the work in which they are involved in a timely, efficient, and quality manner.
Other duties include:
Responsible for report preparation, including table and figure preparation. Compiles analytical information from laboratory groups.- Responsible for data table compilation including quality review oversight and data table transfer.
- Communicates and interacts with study team, other departments and clients as applicable.
- Serves as the primary contact in communication and interaction with other departments and clients as applicable.
- Plan, prioritize and manages own workload and multiple responsibilities.
- Independently use project tracking systems as appropriate.
- Maintain well documented, organized and up-to-date study files including study schedule, protocol and correspondence as applicable.
- Assist SD/PI in monitoring study progress.
- Schedules study phases in coordination with SD/PI and lab operations.
- Participate in and assist Study Director/Principal Investigators with pre-initiation and other study related meetings as required.
- Manage increasingly complex projects and study designs and/or increased study load.
- Reviews QAU report audits. Submits audit responses for approval as appropriate. Follows up with appropriate personnel to ensure that all necessary report/raw data clarifications are completed within specified timelines.

- Experience may be substituted for education.
- Ability to utilize word processing software, database, spreadsheet, and specialized software.
Experience:- Minimum of 1.5 years of related experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time.
