The Dept. of Anthropology seeks to hire one or more qualified Student Assistants whose work will support a faculty member’s NGO (non-governmental organization) research project. The Dept. of Anthropology seeks to hire one or more qualified Student Assistants whose work will support a faculty member’s NGO (non-governmental organization) research project. Duties and Responsibilities : The Student Assistant(s) will train and work closely with both the Anthropology Faculty Member and a Data Management Librarian. Primary responsibilities include assessing various health NGO documents and cataloging their metadata using Excel (or Google Sheets) and the Open Science Framework platform as part of the development of a database of documents from the NGO Safe Blood for Africa (SBFA). Experience in either of these platforms or both is a huge plus.
