Job Description and Duties Under close supervision of the Information Technology (IT) Service Desk Manager and the IT Service Desk Subject Matter Experts (SME), the incumbent assists users with problems relating to the least complex user problems. The incumbent follows specific procedures and utilizes the Computer Associates (CA) Knowledge Management Database. The Incumbent also provides limited technical education.
