POSITION OVERVIEW: This position is responsible for high levels of detail and includes tasks such as point-of-sale, web transaction processing, customer service, inventory merchandising, and shipping/receiving duties. In this position possible tasks may include any or all of the following, in addition to other tasks as assigned: MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Must be a Cal Poly Student. Must be self-directed and organized, basic knowledge of phone/email etiquette and professional workplace behavior, and be proficient using the latest version of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and mail merges; email and web searches.
