Work You'll Do

We're looking for an engaging visual storyteller and designer ready to take our executive and internal digital presence to the next level. In this position, you will work with senior business leaders to craft visual designs that help their people and businesses thrive. Together, we'll create visuals that connect, inform, and inspire our technology community to ensure that we're making an impact that matters for our broader organization.

In this role, you'll craft executive-level, strategic visual designs, and produce compelling materials for some of our most senior leaders, including the Office of the CIO and other technology executives. In addition, you'll collaborate closely with a team of passionate and creative colleagues on a wide range of projects. This may include:

  • Advise senior business leaders on appropriate visual strategies to meet their intended outcomes.
  • Develop and execute the planning, research, and creation of high quality visual and digital deliverables and participate in the hands-on production of deliverables including:
    • Executive presentations
    • Videos
    • Email design
    • Compelling images/infographics
    • Web pages and graphics with the end-user in mind
  • Ensure appropriate messaging, style and context for deliverables that support the overall strategy; adhere to the Deloitte brand standards; and reflect the needs of our various internal audiences.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects, as required.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive communications, internal communications, corporate communications, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with visual design tools, including web content management systems, analytics tools, and Adobe illustration/photo/video editing software.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office applications and awareness of the latest visual/design technology for digital and print.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred (if applicable):
  • BA/BS degree in communications, English, public relations, marketing, journalism, or a related field (or equivalent)
  • Strong design skills, with an emphasis on quickly developing high quality content for use in digital communications. Produces and manages key visual and strategic materials for internal clients which may include writing and editing. Manages review and distribution process.
  • Experience working on executive-level visuals, including advising executives, crafting strategic visual design campaigns, and ghost-writing materials in an executive's "voice" that connect with audiences in a demonstrable way.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, with a history of delivering internal design campaigns with measurable results in driving awareness and building engagement in a hybrid/virtual workforce.
  • Avid juggler; able to shift gears and manage your own priorities as well as planning and prioritization of project workload for others; proactive leader who can fit successfully into a virtual, dispersed team and has great upward management and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to build and manage strong relationships at all levels across the organization, with a global mindset and experience working as part of a global community.
  • Experience building and preparing executives for eminence-building opportunities
  • Experience with web/UX/UI design preferred
  • Experience with project management tools and methods preferred

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $86,425 to $159,165.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
