In the role of Strategic Sales Leader, you will travel throughout the District to work in conjunction with a variety of roles including Regional Director of Sales, Sales Leader and General Manager. The SSL will help these Regional teams achieve pre-defined sales goals for a specific period of time. The focus is going to be on increasing occupancy and revenue by providing hands-on support, guidance and direction.

Strategic Sales Leader Responsibilities:
  • Conducts lead generation and conversion activities.
  • Provides hands-on sales coaching and field training to Sales Leaders.
  • Assists with market research including competitive research, lead generation and conversion analysis.
  • Assists in maintaining and maximizing referral and lead-generation service relationships like A Place for Mom and Caring.com.
  • Assists in maintaining sales and marketing fulfillment materials (web sites, brochure inserts, etc).
  • Monitors and assists in maintaining field-level Direct Inquiry System (lead database management or CRM).
  • Effectively communicate and problem solve with Holiday Retirement Associates and clients.
  • Extensive travel required (100% on-the-road).
  • Convert leads to tours and tours to contracts across area of assigned responsibility.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of four years previous Senior Living sales experience.
  • Solid track record of success in meeting and exceeding Senior Living sales goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
  • Demonstrated, excellent verbal and written communication skills, including in-person and on the phone. Group presentation experience preferred.
  • Must reside in the market you are supporting.
