Job Summary (Brief statement of job’s primary purpose. Maximum of 2-4 sentences): The Strategic Planning Analyst carries out specific research and data collection through conducting complex quantitative and financial business analysis. Uses innovative methods to conduct or gather market research. Main Responsibilities, Requirements, and Competencies Essential Functions of Job: (List duties most critical to position) Supervisory Capacity: No Supervisory Responsibilities · Business sales forecast analysis for YFS, position in the market, potential business analysis including business in TBL and new product, new customer or even new market. Business planning related reports; · Support the commercial team to build Customer presentations with common templates and standardized/ consistent information. Use Yanfeng automotive corporate brand standards · Build communication tools and presentations that illustrate the Customer strategy for internal management reviews and strategic planning meetings. · Collaborate with the YFS strategy department to maintain accuracy with our planning system (YFPS) data. · Collaborate with the YF product Marketing teams to support Market Research projects, Communications presentations as they include seating products and business. · Collaborate with the YFT Marketing Events team to schedule and maintain product showcase / demonstrations with customers and other industry events. Additional Responsibilities: (List other duties performed by position) · Create, format, publish final documents to customers and SharePoint sites. · Collaborate with other departments as needed to accomplish goals. · Handle communications as needed with customers and suppliers. · Attend meetings. · Provide administrative support the NA YFS team in Novi. Required Qualifications (Experience Level, Skills, Knowledge) Less Than 1 Year of Experience required in business environment.
