About the TRANZACT Business Team
The business team owns the P&L and drives the results of our organization by working with our key stakeholders to increase profitability for TRANZACT. Our teams are comprised of passionate individuals who work together to produce valuable results by taking initiative, thinking outside the box, and having a “make it happen” attitude. As a member of the account team at TRANZACT, a Willis Towers Watson company, you will be tasked with building out the marketing strategy to drive quality leads to our sales center agents.

How the Position Works
Your primary responsibility will be to drive the marketing strategy for one of our company’s main verticals. You will work directly with the P&L owners to build out the most profitable lead plans that will effectively support our business goals. You will be challenged to collaborate with shared services regarding performance and optimization opportunities to create value within the organization. The ideal individual for this position is someone who is adept at critical thinking and skilled in producing tangible actions and results.

The specific responsibilities of the role include:

  • Collaborating with marketing team to determine solutions for issues and ideate innovations
  • Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities and provide recommendations
  • Own and manage daily marketing plans and execution
  • Find leverage, generate buy-in, and deliver on initiatives

Who You Are

  • College graduate with a bachelor’s degree (Marketing or Business Management preferred)
  • A self-starter with a true passion to use analytics to problem solve and drive results
  • Curious and proactive when analyzing performance trends
  • Proficient in communication skills, both oral and written
  • Skilled in navigating a fast-paced environment with the ability to balance multiple priorities

  • Direct to consumer marketing experience
  • High level of proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables a Plus!)
  • Strong internship experience OR 1+ years of experience in a similar role
