The position also supports assigned limited-touch CI programs and serves as the primary point of contact for assigned program’s student support, providing high quality, best-practice student support in the area of online and distance education for nontraditional learners. Last, the position provides administrative support to the associate director and is responsible for assigned departmental projects.
