Position Summary: As a key member of the team, this individual will assist with the community starts process focusing on creating strong streetscape while complying with community requirements, municipality requirements and starts required per the business plan. In addition, this position will assist with municipal submittals and approvals for new communities along with the development of new product lines including single family detached homes, duplexes, town homes and condos.
