FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

LOCATION: Plant 3

SCHEDULE: 1st shift Mon - Thurs 6 am - 4 pm & Fri 6 am - 11 am

Overtime may be required beyond the posted work schedule and/or a varied schedule may be required per business needs.

Overview of Responsibilities

• Gathering and pairing materials and staging those items for trimmers and insiders to build according to production schedule.
• Keep groups, pairs and sectionals together
• Keeping the product in the scheduling order
• Red flag "rush" pieces in order
• Assisting in loading and unloading trucks
• Maintain a steady flow of frames into upholstery
• Communicate with co-workers to stage cushions, backs, and poly
• Fill cushions, backs and stage poly
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Furniture experience a plus
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Great organizational skills and detail oriented
• PC skills - Word/Excel/Email/AS 400
• Must be able to lift /handle/carry 25 lbs
• Long periods of standing/walking
• Able to work independently
