JOB SCOPE: The Staffing Specialist is responsible for providing support to the Branch Manager by assisting with daily operations. This position advocates for the customer and associate experience. It also works on the process of generating sales, setting appointments, meeting with new and existing customers, and overseeing their accounts with service excellence. This position assists new associates with the employment process and assesses candidate strengths and skills to facilitate a great match for the assignment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Provides exceptional customer service to existing customers and associates. 2. Proficient with all operating systems to include, but not limited to PRISM, JobStack, WorkAlert, and Kenexa. 3. Takes inbound orders from new and existing customers and enters them into the system. 4. Proactively assists with the development of customer relationships through high-volume telephone contact; this includes upselling, generating repeat sales, price quoting within the assigned parameters, resolving customer problems, and escalating concerns. 5. Proactively recruits for new associates. 6. Performs job site visits as needed. 7. Executes against action plan to improve branch performance as directed by the Branch Manager. 8. Reaches out to customers and associates to make sure they are satisfied.
