The Staffing Coordinator role assists with arranging nursing staff coverage for current and upcoming shifts based on established guidelines and needs. The main responsibilities include coordinating daily staff allocation for each shift, organizing and maintaining accurate filing, and establishing collaborative relationships between departments and across the organization, accepting and recording absenteeism calls, notifying supervisors and appropriate units, and securing replacements. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School diploma or GED required. Experience: 3 Years clerical experience.
