JOB SUMMARY: The Registered Nurse coordinates and develops patient care utilizing the Nursing Process and follows all established standards of practice within the State and Federal guidelines. Provides supervision and mentorship of non-RN personnel. Serves as a resource to both staff and management in problem identification and resolution. Provides personalized experience for concierge patients emphasizing customer service excellence. The Staff RN at Concierge Practice will also draw blood and needs to be comfortable with phlebotomy.
