Sr Social Media Communications Specialist - Bilingual Details

Job Purpose

The Senior Communications Specialist is responsible for supporting the enterprise social media marketing strategy, including content development, engagement techniques, community management, and social media advertising across different social networks.

She or he will be responsible for implementing the determined marketing strategy, handling the day-to-day operations of the development of social media campaigns, promoting innovative engagement practices, and ensuring the realization of defined campaign benefits. The Senior Specialist may require some support from manager and/or team SME and guidance on specific products, portal, processes, etc.

Required Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • 3 years experience of developing web analytics/e-business reports OR diverse business and technology experience understanding of the business and industry the technology is supporting OR usability concepts and various qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies OR electronic marketing technology, customer relationship management (CRM), and integrated marketing strategies OR in a web production environment.
  • Experience compiling relevant data for the purposes of reporting on campaign results and enabling insights for future tactic enhancements.
  • Knowledge of segmentation and testing strategies.
  • Leadership and innovation skills.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and with limited direction.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Project planning skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Experience building working relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with MS Office Products.

Preferred Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Informatics.
  • Knowledge of Latino audience engagement and behaviors.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English verbal and written communications.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools like Sprinklr.

This position will be based in Chicago, IL.
