Job summary
  • Designs and manages monitoring mechanism for Prime brand usage. Implements brand audits that evaluate adoption and application of the global brand across the company that identifying areas of brand inconsistency.
  • Manages integration of tools and technology systems involving digital asset management, digital design, automated-font licensing, template generation and other governance tools.
  • Works with Prime Brand Design to establish and regularly update a brand guidelines portal. Assesses feedback from stakeholders to improve upon the depth and clarity of brand guidelines over time.
  • Manages day-to-day incoming brand related questions, including facilitating SOP’s/training, prioritizing inquiries and providing guidance to streamline future brand management needs.
  • Maintains (writing and editing) company’s brand standards and work closely with designers in developing artwork, templates and tools that provide support to business partners globally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication competencies with strong editing and proofreading capabilities.
  • Integrates analytical/data-driven perspective.
  • Self-starter who consistently sets high standards, demonstrates a sense of urgency, personal accountability and high productivity while balancing competing priorities.
