The Helix Transformation Team will play a critical role to ensure delivery on Merchant Services priorities and enhance pay-in and pay-out capabilities for Wholesale Payments. Helix will be the firm's merchant acquiring platform for years to come. It is critical for Operations to participate in the development and launch of the platform to ensure the Service and Operations experience is optimized. The Helix Transformation Team will set the Service and Operations requirements for the new platform as well as guide the broader Operations organization through the impending changes.
