Job Overview:
Developing, improving and overseeing production and fulfillment processes
Planning and organizing production schedules
Assessing project and resource requirements
Determining quality control standards
Oversight of a team of supervisors across multiple shifts and workforce of 300 employees
Organize job trainings for team members to achieve production goals
Investigate production issues and develop resolutions
Establish and report performance metrics Education/Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, or process improvement.
Experience:
Management experience with production and/or fulfillment operations.
