The Role: This role is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in operational success of the Infectious Disease Research organization & programs portfolio at Moderna. This role will partner with local and cross-organizational stakeholders to prioritize, manage and enhance the Infectious Disease (ID) Research team’s operational capabilities and resources to maximize the value to advancing our programs portfolio and the ID Research organization. You will gain significant exposure to scientific, strategic and organizational aspects of research and Moderna, with opportunities to develop new competencies in adjacent areas. As a Sr. Manager on the Portfolio Strategy & Operations team, you will contribute to operational agility and performance by defining, enhancing and facilitating the key operational processes to solve priority business needs. This position reports to the Associate Director, Portfolio Strategy & Operations, ID Research and is based in Cambridge, MA.
