Job description
In your new role you will:
- Serve as a thought leader and consultant for regional top-management on organization effectiveness with a focus on change management, culture, and employee engagement
- Develop and deploy end to end change management efforts from discovery, impact analysis, key stakeholder identification, communications planning and execution, stakeholder management plans, training needs identification, to reward and reinforcement plans
- Develop trusted partnership and acts as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of sponsor for the change required by a project or initiative
- Lead communication planning and development within the scope of organizational development and change management projects and coordinate with Internal Communication team, including, workshop development and facilitation and thought partnership
- Leverage relevant data to evaluate strategies and programs measuring the achievement of established goals and action plans
- Provide coaching and/or mentoring of team members and HRBPs on (Organizational Development/Organizational Change) OD/OT topics
- Contribute to practice development initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, etc.
- Apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of stakeholders, organizational culture, performance and readiness for change
- As an advanced internal and external OT SME, proactively contribute to global People and Organization Effectiveness projects, programs, and initiatives
Your Profile
You have strong facilitation skills, while communicating effectively up and down, at all levels of the organization. You are a subject matter expert when it comes to People and Organizational Development topics and enjoy consulting with and coaching others for effective results:
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's degree (required) or Master's (preferred) in Organizational Development (OD) or related field
- 5+ years of experience in managing projects in change management, employee engagement, organizational and leadership development, organizational design, and culture change
- 3+ years of consulting experience highly preferred
- Extensive experience in applying organization psychological knowledge, theory and practice administering various psychometric tools and methodologies
- Advanced project management experience (required); PMP certification (preferred)
- Extensive experience designing and facilitating workshops and training programs
- PROSCI, ACMP, or other relevant certification preferred
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
