This is an exciting opportunity to join the market leader in Oncology systems to drive and coordinate strategy, planning, and operational activities for a fast growing, complex software organization that includes multiple market facing product teams.

Job Requirements:

  • You will be responsible for establishing a portfolio framework to prioritize investments and resources
  • Your will work with product leaders in the organization to create portfolio review cadence and implement the portfolio prioritization model
  • You will contribute to the business growth through effective business operations support, aligning business priorities and initiatives across the organization
  • You will be involved in driving cross-functional projects that have a significant impact to the organization
  • You will be evaluating, implementing, and driving the adoption of project & portfolio management using software (PPM, Azure DevOps, OnePlan, etc.)
  • Track and report on the progress of projects against key KPIs and ensure on-time and high-quality delivery of project(s).
  • Be the product champion externally and a passionate voice of the customer internally.
  • Coach, mentor, and support product managers both in product-related issues, business case generation & portfolio prioritization.
  • You will help to build and guide a high performing team of analysts.

Education / Experience:

  • MBA from top tier school, BS degree in Engineering, Math, Science, or Finance/Accounting
  • Portfolio management, strategy, product management, business operations; consulting experience preferred but not required.

Skills:

  • 12+ years of relevant experience as a Portfolio Manager, Product Manager or Implementation Consultant
  • Past experience in consulting, program management, cloud or IT preferred
  • Experienced in portfolio management, prioritization & optimization
  • Experience with SaaS/ XaaS business models and pricing models
  • Strategic thinker, analytical, creative, and can work cross-functionally to get things done
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and writing skills
  • Expert in P&L analysis, forecasting, and statistical analysis
  • Expert in Excel, PowerPoint, Agile methodologies
  • Extremely organized and able to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
