Position Title: Sr. HR Assistant Records/Contract Specialist

Essential Functions: The Sr. Human Resources Assistant/Contract Specialist is to maintain the Integrity and ensure human resources files and records (hard and soft copies) are maintained and up to date in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures. This position performs professional work supporting; the coordination of technical compliance and administers related contract labor, student and clinical interns, job shadow projects within various departments, develops and administering office duties/tasks, performs specialized work in planning for seasonal travelers, coordinating and monitoring all phases of contract management, and provide on-site audits on files to ensure. Supports the department in the areas of specific knowledge with reports, demographic information analysis and research. In addition may assist the Director of Talent vendor management/orders or budget/financial tracking of ROI spend and submitting check request for recruitment as needed; while assisting front desk HR assistant with office coverage as needed and assist recruitment on off peak season for internal transfers as needed to reduce volume.

Educational Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree

Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required

• 1-2 years Human Resources or Healthcare Administrative experience Required
• Must be proficient in the use of MS Office Products
• Must have strong customer service, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills both oral and written, with poise, tact and diplomacy
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
