Job Purpose:
The Sr. Data Integration Developer works to execute provisioning tasks and testing which will include software updates, configuration changes, and various other Securus call platform system requirements. Additionally, the Sr. Data Integration Developer will have an active role in the design and execution of processes and activities for new product releases as well as mentoring Integration Technician team members.Responsibilities:Essential Duties- Assist remotely in the gathering of data from vendor databases
- Developer will complete custom customer PHP code requests, test and review changes with peers
- Work closely with the Development Team on large integrations projects and work with project managers to gather proper requirements for new development projects
- Align project scope of work within an agile scrum environment
- Facilitate escalation requests for trouble tickets, projects and vendor issues from identified by Integration Technician I team members
- Manage the planning, activities and tasks of assigned projects as required, reporting on progress as necessary, to ensure implementation dates are attained in line with project timescales
- Work closely with the Integrations Development Team to take on troubleshooting of failed web service transactions, service outage notifications, video visitation data maintenance, coordinate customer requests / requirements, testing of custom processes and assume responsibilities of writing / testing code to translate customer’s data to meet our standards
- Review integration implementation processes/protocols on an ongoing basis to make recommendations for improvements
- Responsible for simultaneously implementing numerous integrations and voice applications in various project stages in a hosted data center environment
- Manage or assist the management of Importer requests and ensure requests are managed through acceptance
- Able to work outside of the box to identify and implement data integration resolutions
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Knowledge of Web Services, PHP, FTP, SOAE, HTML, Windows and Linux OS as well as Sybase, SQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server database management systems and VoIP /SIP systems
- Exceptional analytical skills
- The ability to decipher data and processes to identify and assist the development of tools, projects, or process improvements to increase operational efficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated individual who can work individually as well as within a team environment
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Must be comfortable adapting to a rapidly changing task list and must be adept at multitasking
- Ability to mentor other team members and departments as applicable
- Inmate calling systems platform training for Technical Support, Sales Team and Customers
- Fundamental understanding of Alpha/Beta and release management practices
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks
- Able to work in a high stress environment
- The ability to analyze data and processes to identify and lead the development of tools, projects, or process improvements to increase operational efficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Fundamental understanding of LAN/WAN technologies
Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of CTI systems support experience in a team lead or SME capacity
- Experience with CTI products, including 2+ years of CTI systems support experience
- Experience with PHP, FTP, SOAE, HTML, Windows and Linux OS as well as Sybase, SQL, and Oracle database management systems and VoIP /SIP systems
- Experience supporting web-based applications
- Experience working with database architectures and query tools
Preferred Qualifications:- VOIP/SIP
- MCSE, MCP, MCDBA, Workfront, Jira, VPN, A+, Net+, or Telecom certifications
- Inmate calling systems platform training
Physical Requirements:
