Job Summary Responsible for planning and implementation of Speech-Language Pathology evaluation and treatment services. Evaluates communication disorders and administers therapy treatments for patient problems associated with hearing, speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders. Maintain records, monitors progress, and counsels patients and their family members. Participates in multidisciplinary consultations. IV. Minimum Qualifications Education Graduate of an accredited curriculum in Speech and Language Pathology. Licensure/ Certification N. C. State Licensure or eligible.
