Job Description
The Fiscal/Budget Specialist reports to the NV Grow Program Director who is within the NLV VP/Provost Division and will be officed at the NLV Campus. The purpose of this position is to provide financial management and coordination for the NV Grow Program grant-funded budgets, including but not limited to creating revising, tracking, and monitoring program expenditures, submission and monitoring of purchases, payroll, travel requests/claims and mileage reimbursements, as well as monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reconciliations. This individual works closely with NV Grow staff members, CSN financial departments, Human Resources, and the Office of Sponsored Projects. This position is also responsible for preparing fiscal/financial reports required by the State and Federal grant and by CSN/NV Grow administration.
