Under the direction of the Spares Marketing and Administration Manager, this position will be the main point of contact for administration of the Falcon Advantage Program. Other primary responsibilities include: Administration of sales and marketing programs to generate revenue, communicate service offerings, and improve overall spares customer service communication. There is also a heavy emphasis on assisting with marketing campaigns utilizing digital nmarketing channels.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
- Maintain the Spares Falcon Advantage Program administrative tasks: membership subscriptions, communication to customers and employees, database and SAP management.
- Administer sales and marketing plans with primary emphasis on expanding spare parts sales and improving customer service.
- Assist in creating advertising campaigns for marketing programs, parts promotions, and trade publications
- Select promotional items for customer giveaways and prepare display/giveaway material for tradeshows and seminars
- Send electronic e-mails for direct mailing to customers
- Collect market and competitive research and analyze for spare part promotion development
- Maintain Initial Spares Provisioning Lists
- Coordinate mailing lists within customer contact system – prepare reports as needed from
- database.
- Copyedit publications such as brochures, online documentation and any website related spares information
- Assist in the creation and analysis of spares related surveys sent to customers
- Must maintain a thorough knowledge of department/corporate sales and administrative policies and procedures.
- Other duties may be assigned by management in order to meet department or business
- objectives on an as needed basis
