With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Dynetics provides responsive, cost effective intelligence, engineering, scientific and IT solutions. In anticipation of NASA awarding the Human Landing System (HLS) Option A contract in the near future, Dynetics Space System Division is seeking qualified engineers and analysts to support NASA programs; including the history-making Human Landing System that will put the first woman and next man on the Moon. We are seeking project engineers, systems engineers, test engineers, electrical/mechanical engineers, stress/structural engineers and analysts to join a diverse team in support of the development of a Human Lander System that will take us back to the surface of the Moon by 2024. The successful SME will support the Dynetics Space Division in the development of a human lander system and support equipment, primarily responsible for the analysis and testing of subsystem electrical/electronic components for the radiation environments anticipated during transit to the moon and during lunar surface operations. The radiation SME will interface with all technical disciplines in a team environment to support natural radiation environment related tasks, focusing on Single Event Effects at the piece part, unit, and system level. Recommendations for effects mitigation is anticipated to be provided by the SME via technical reports and presentations.
