Company Description Main Responsibilities: Develop and iterate Solutions & Services positioning and messaging that differentiates us in the market. Understand the user and customer journeys and align key messages to target audiences within those journeys, especially in describing technical capabilities of our Solutions & Services components and customer business results. Be a go-to-market lead for Solutions & Services, working closely with sales and marketing to drive adoption and revenue, while helping the team quickly react to real-world customer and field feedback. Understand the ecosystem of partners and collaborate with them to drive awareness, campaigns, co-marketing, and other related GTM for Solutions & Services. Content creation - use your domain knowledge, technical expertise, and understanding of our target personas to create specific content to help customers learn about, select, and be advocates for Mirantis Solutions & Services. Sales enablement – guide the team to communicate the value proposition to the global sales team and in developing the sales tools and training that support the selling process. Work with the team to deliver content related to value propositions, competitive differentiators, and focused sales materials. New offering launch – plan the launch of new offerings and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan. Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams including brand research, product, developer relations, and PR to develop clear offering and brand narratives and messaging, as well as new program offerings. Market intelligence – be an expert on our buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; understand the market landscape and how to competitively position Solutions & Services. Serve as the voice of the customer to the internal product-focused teams to reinforce solving customer challenges. Demand and lead generation strategy – collaborate with the demand gen team to deliver the marketing programs that drive demand. Be able to flex into multiple marketing tactics, including product marketing, events, growth, and digital. Work externally with creative agency partners to create marketing materials, including interactive experiences and websites, video and written case studies, email newsletters, and other marketing collateral. 5+ years of software product and Services marketing experience with at least 3 years of experience in a technical or field-facing role related to developers, cloud, infrastructure, IT operations or networking. Technical subject matter expert in cloud native infrastructure, with a strong understanding of the impact of software development, kubernetes, cloud, and DevOps approaches Strong leadership skills Experience with enterprise open source software offerings and experience bringing them to market Deep customer focus and understanding Strong ability to analyze an idea and develop a plan to execute Excellent communicator Experienced in core marketing functions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Mirantis ranked in the top 50 of G2's Best IT Cloud Products of 2021!

Mirantis is adding a Solutions & Services Marketing Director to our team! As the Solutions & Services Marketing Director, you’ll build brand awareness and drive Solutions & Services sales. You’ll leverage marketing tactics to ensure we promote the Mirantis Solutions and components to our key audience. You’ll implement Solutions & Services insights to marketing assets, such as the website. You’ll create positioning, messaging, and narratives while leading go-to-market efforts for launches and updates across our offerings. You’ll create content, webinars, write and produce written descriptions and video case studies to bring offerings to life.
