Piper Companies is looking for a Software Product Specialist a leading software solutions provider in the financial services space in the Jersey City area.


This is a Hybrid Remote Opportunity!


Responsibilities for the Software Product Specialist include:

  • You will spearhead proprietary software implementations with with a diverse base.
  • Play a key role in product integration and bridge the gap between the technical and functional teams to ensure optimal client integration.


Qualifications for the Software Product Specialist include:

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management or Product or Application Support role working on B2B and SAAS products
  • 8+ Years prior implementation management, sales support, or customer services experience is required
  • Technical knowledge and background in Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) technologies
  • Experience working with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
  • Ability to guide end users and clients through successful software implementations across a variety of environments
  • Background in Property and Casualty insurance industry preferred


Compensation for the Software Product Specialist:

  • Compensation up to $120K dependent on experience with a 10% bonus
  • Direct Hire, Hybrid Remote Opportunity
