Position Summary: The Social Media Manager is a collaborative role that works with the Marketing and Communications team and other teams within EVgo to develop and maintain a robust social media presence for EVgo. This role will play a vital part in continuing to grow our social media following, engage current customers and inspire prospective customers to join the EVgo network as well as build brand awareness and thought leadership with our B2B audiences (e.g., policy, automotive, site hosts, etc.). Critical thinking and a customer-service oriented mindset are key to success in this role, as well as strong reporting and analytical skills. The Social Media Manager will own and implement compelling content across all EVgo’s social media channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. This role is also responsible for social listening and responding to customer questions and comments in collaboration with the customer service team.
