As a social media coordinator you will be given the opportunity to bringing the Chick-fil-A experience to our guest through multiple social media platforms (in addition to being an in operations team member). You will be expected to stay up to date with new trends and technologies to be utilize in the work place. You will also develop strategies for our profiles and monitor our media's data, so it can reach it's highest potential as you provide various types of content. This content may range from events or promotions to shout outs for our Chick-fil-A team members.


As a FOH Team Member, you will welcome & greet guests, take and prepare customer orders in either the front counter or drive-thru, maintain cleanliness in the counter and dining room, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know! Successful Team Members will conduct themselves in a positive attitude and truthful character demonstrating 2nd mile service to every guest who visits our restaurant.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Knowledge of how to use social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok
  • Knowledge of how to use technology
  • Work as a team member in operations
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Works in hot, noisy, and fast paced environments
  • Mobility required during shifts
  • Must work well under pressure and problem solve
  • Must be able to adjust to changes and edits to orders quickly and efficiently
  • Energetic, self driven, servant minded
  • Able to multi-task
  • Able to work Saturdays


Chick-fil-A Brookfield Square is located in Brookfield, Wisconsin in the parking lot of Brookfield Square Mall. We serve over 2,000 guests daily who live and work in the Brookfield/Waukesha area. Chris Loweth is the Owner-Operator and has a track record of successful restaurant operations leadership.
