The Job Support the overall management of all social platforms across shows making sure goals are aligned across teams, creative is cohesive, messaging is consistent, content is strategically distributed, sponsorship requirements are met, etc. The Daily Create, execute and maintain social content calendars across multiple shows and multiple platforms that include heavy copywriting General project and campaign management and ability to fully own certain aspects of your shows Help manage and execute planning, creative and budgets for paid social media campaigns Work with internal creative teams and external agencies to develop video and social content for shows Assist in the management of relationships with social agencies, analytics/reporting vendors, software companies and others to be rolled out across teams Provide research and reporting for our show platforms as well as competitive and industry-wide research Perform various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing budgets, organizing folders and documents, etc. The Essentials Coordinates activities / processes that generally support assigned unit / team / projects Interacts with internal and external peers and/or managers to exchange semi-routine information related to assigned activities Receives work both in the form of defined tasks within well defined procedures as well as bigger ideas which need creative solutions and decision making Work is subject to regular supervisory review at regular intervals. Operates within the context of defined procedures Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 2-3 years of social media experience managing social content marketing campaigns either client or agency side. Entertainment brand experience a plus Must be social media savvy, have an active presence on social media platforms with an extensive knowledge of social media platforms Strong writing and communication skills Exceptional project management, organizational and multi-tasking skills in order to manage multiple creative agencies Ability to coordinate with various types of people and personalities across multiple departments and levels of seniority Proactive thinker Positive attitude, team player, with the desire to learn and grow within the role The Perks
