What You'll Do: Are you a left-brain, right-brain creative and strategist who lives, eats and breathes social media? REEF is looking for a Social Media and Influencer Manager to join our creative team. This position reports into the Director of Content Marketing and assists with social and influencer marketing efforts including creative development, sourcing and campaign management for our consumer brands. The Manager will also assist with paid social content development and social media reporting. Candidate should be both creative and analytical with strong writing skills. o Build custom influencer strategies for a variety of owned and partner brands.
o Source influencers & conduct outreach to negotiate deliverables.
o Work with operations to coordinate influencer deliveries and fulfillment.
o Build REEF's influencer program as well as work with agencies and third-party vendors to execute influencer strategy across multiple verticals.
o Ensure influencers are briefed & outputs and campaign performance is tracked.
o Assist Director in paid social creative development and optimize it regularly to update promotions and ensure campaigns goals are being met.
o Ensure delivery platforms cover photos are updated and optimized.
o Assist organic social boosting efforts.
o Develop weekly reports reflecting owned content performance across social channels.
o Develop monthly report reflecting earned & owned performance based on key social media metrics such as SOV, mentions, impressions and follower growth.
o Monitor key performance metrics to understand trends and derive insights to inform future content or engagement efforts.
o Develop queries to better understand and track new business opportunities.
o 4+ years of social media/content marketing experience
o Analytical & creative mindset
o Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, especially for consumer-facing language
o Well-versed in pop culture, food culture, and the current influencer landscape
o Close attention to detail
o Passionate about social media
o Knowledgeable of social listening tools such as Brandwatch & Netbase
o Ability to analyze social listening metrics effectively
o Deep understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, Tik Tok
o Passionate about the evolving landscape of digital marketing, including social media and content's role in the sales funnel
o Flexible and nimble with a desire and ability to work in fast-paced environment
o Strong critical thinking and analytical skills and ongoing proactive ideation
