Snow Sports Office Administrator

The Snow Sports Administrator manages the back-office admin tasks of the Snow Sports school to ensure an effective Snow Sports operation that results in a premiere quality guest and staff experience.
This position works alongside Guest Services, Human Resources, Payroll and Snow Sports management to facilitate hiring, payroll, HR related concerns and generally handle any administrative concerns in the Snow Sports department.
Other duties include managing the instructor uniforms program, lesson scheduling, training, and ordering of various supplies.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Snow Sports data entry and direction of other employees to assist as needed
- Develop and maintain effective tracking of instructor payroll, wages, schedules, various reports as needed
- Work with Snow Sports, Payroll, HR Mgt. and Guest Service Teams to: recruit, hire, onboard, schedule, pay, train, support, evaluate, separate instructors, book lessons, fulfill lessons and sell tickets.
- Set RTP inventories, product ceilings, payroll
- Address payroll, HR and schedule issues with staff
- Implement Snow Sports Management Team goals and objectives
- Understand Snow Sports key financial performance indicators (KPIs)
- Track office supply inventories and order as necessary
- Uniform inventory and distribution
- Organize locker distribution
- Track and maintain records of certifications instructors earned/ need to be compensated for.
- Perform other job duties as assigned
. Requirements: Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience Requirements:
- Customer facing guest service experience
- Previous data entry experience
Skills Required:
- Exceptional organizational skills and a focus on detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fluid, high energy guest service environment
- Design and maintain data tracking systems
- Strong communication skills, self-motivated and self-directed
- Skiing and/or riding on all groomed blue terrain - Preferred
- Proficient at 10 key, Microsoft Office Suite, Paylocity, RTP
Physical Requirements:
- Administrators must be able to sit for a prolong period of time, walk, kneel, crawl, carry, reach, stand, stoop, squat and lift up to 35lbs while actively engaging with guests.
- Ability to withstand a high-altitude environment at all times.
Other Requirements:
- Must be available weekends and holidays
- Must provide own ski or snowboard equipment and other necessary gear to work outside in a high alpine, snow, cold environment.
Work Environment:
- This position works primarily indoors in an office setting using a computer though some outdoor work in a cold, snowy, high alpine environment may be required on any given day. The Snow Sports office can be highly trafficked and sometimes noise levels are high.
