The Indoor Support position at Arapahoe Basin works with the Kids Center Facility Lead and the Snow Sports Management Team to create a safe and clean Snow Sports facility to ensure a positive guest’s experience in a high energy environment.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, fun atmosphere for our young guests
- Create and manage indoor activities that engage children
- Support instructors through drop off, breaks, lunch and pick up so students can spend optimal time on snow
- Maintain the schedule set up by the Facility Lead
- Work well with peers, management team, Guest Services and other ski area employees
- Turn frowns upside down
- Other duties as assigned
. Requirements: Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience Requirements:
- Customer facing guest service experience - Required
- Experience working with kids - Preferred
Skills Required:
- Basic computer skills
- Oral and written comprehension
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated and self-directed while performing multiple tasks
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Ability to build report with children
Physical Requirements:
- Capable of lifting 35lbs.
- Capable of standing, walking, kneeling, climbing constantly
Other Requirements:
- Must be available weekends and holidays
- Must provide own ski or snowboard equipment and other necessary gear to work outside in a high alpine, snow, cold environment.
Work Environment:
- Indoor environment constantly

- Extreme cold/heat occasionally
- Wet and/or humid occasionally
- Fast pace and loud environment frequently
