SMALL BUSINESS MANAGER You are a natural sales leader. A positive, upbeat, passionate, and an ambitious person that is determined to thrive in an ever-changing environment. Victra is the largest Verizon premium retailer in the United States. As a Small Business Manager, you will sell a full range of telecommunications products and services to small and medium-sized businesses. You will work closely with our network of retail locations to increase sales within a defined retail region. Your Focus (Responsibilities): You will drive business sales within and outside retail locations. Along with aiming to meet and exceed sales quotas monthly, you have a high level of energy that will create sales momentum. You will need to be able to multitask and demonstrate extraordinary customer service, selling, and analytical skills. As a Small Business manager, you will also: Success for the a Small Business Manager is measured by business sales (B2B sales) within a defined territory. YOUR EXPERIENCE (Background and Skills): Your effectiveness to take care of external business contacts while conveying a positive, service-oriented attitude is a requirement for this position. Due to the travel requirement, you will need to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record check and have a clean driving record.
