Job Description Le Mieux is looking for a Skin Care Educator & Trainer to join our team! Le Mieux is passionate about education and provides specialized training that inspires skincare professionals to hone their skills and techniques, broaden the scope of their ingredient knowledge, encourage external and internal well-being, and foster best practices for growing a successful skincare business. This position works directly with skincare professionals (B2B). The Skin Care Educator’s focus is providing training and support to our existing client accounts while also exploring and supporting new client account opportunities. Roles and Responsibilities · Plan and develop educational workshops, seminars, and events with new and existing clients · Conduct protocol and sales training within Large Forum Settings, including hands-on techniques, live and pre-recorded webinars · Conduct interactive workshops at the Le Mieux training center located in Pasadena (Bielle Institute) · Inspire new and existing clients with expert advice and essential training on skin care trends incorporating Le Mieux products and technology · Partner with Professional Spa Owners and Medical Spas to address challenges and opportunities (i.g. backbar, menu’s and retail merchandising) · Represent Le Mieux to the highest standard at events, conferences, and trade shows. Assist with presenting products and overall show needs · Travel to special events, workshops, trade shows, training, spas, and medical offices (local and domestic travel) · Other responsibilities as assigned Qualifications · California Esthetician License (required) · Minimum Five (5) years’ experience as B2B Educator/Trainer in the skincare industry (required) · Minimum Three (3) years’ Hands-On Skin Care experience and consulting (required) · Comprehensive Knowledge of Skincare Ingredients (required) · Perform and demonstrate facial treatment protocols in a large forum setting of 100+ attendees (required) · Possess excellent communication and presentation skills. Must possess an outgoing, energetic personality with a positive outlook and a passion for educating others · Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills · Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively · Ability to travel at least 50%. required · Must support a flexible schedule (including occasional weekends and evenings) · Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint · Thirty (30) minute live presentation will be required as part of the interview process. · Must reside within a 45-minute commute of Baldwin Park / Pasadena · Valid Driver License Compensation · Competitive Salary (DOE) with Bonus Opportunity Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: Schedule: Supplemental Pay: Experience: License/Certification: Willingness To Travel: Work Location: Work Remotely: COVID-19 Precaution(s):
