Job Summary
Dynasty Healthcare Group is looking for an experienced and motivated individual for our Staffing Coordinator opening. This role will be in a skilled nursing facility.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Liaison for employee engagement as directed by the corporate Human Resources Director
- Conducts or acquires background checks and employment eligibility verifications
- Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, leave, recognition, and morale
- Assist with employment-related inquiries from applicants, and employees
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Establishes staffing patterns and schedules for nurses and nursing assistants.
- Communicate with the Human Resources Director to advise them of staffing needs, terminations, and other information necessary for the smooth flow of work regarding employees.
- Participates in in-service training.
- Possession of on-call phone during scheduled business hours.
- Assists in securing staff for absences, leaves, etc., adjusting schedules as required.

Education and Experience:
- High school education or GED equivalent required with college-level training preferred.
- 1 year of Skilled Nursing Facility Staffing Experience (Required)
- Microsoft Office Experience preferred
- Paycom Experience is a plus!
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
Required Certification/License:
- Must have a valid and current CNA license.
Job Type: Full-time
