Maintenance - Responsible for two properties in Arcadia & Duarte

Pay rate: $15.00 per hour

Full Time - Weekend Availability

Must have reliable transportation and a flexible schedule. Looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people, a high energy, positive person, team player and self-motivated. Job description:

• Perform property repairs (gates, drywall, plumbing, lights, paint, plumbing, etc.).
• Sweep hallways as needed.
• Perform unit conversions as directed by supervisor.
• Clean vacated spaces and abandoned goods as needed.
• Clean unit doors regularly.
• Need to have reliable transportation.
• Maintain facility.
• Report any/all deficiencies to supervisor
