Site Lead Supervisor

Mon - Fri 9 to 5 FLEXIBLE Must work weekends
Position Responsibilities: Duties include but are not necessarily limited to the following:
- Liaison between local Team, Regional Director and Ops Area Manager. Key point contact person to problem solve and overall commander of the locations day to day activities, 24x7 on call* Report daily updates to Ops Area Manager and Regional Directors and populate daily scorecard status and report outs* Work together with the Ops Area Manager to Hire and manage staff onsite while dealing with the day to day issues for their specific team site location. Problem resolution with issues including but not limited to: phlebotomy and swab collecting staff, specimen tracking, specimen resolution and scheduling adjustments, IT Support, Logistics Divers, Customer Service, POC technician and Supply procurement* Coordinate and manage schedules patient flow with local team's Head Athletic Trainer(s)* Train staff for technical and customer interactions* Daily onsite supply and POC maintenance* Reconciliation tracking and quality management* Onsite lead will ensure all contractual obligations are met, while abiding by all compliance to regulatory regulations* On-site Lead will ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environmentMinimum Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred* 3-5 years of experience in people management (business development, sales, strategic marketing, or consulting) omit* Politically savvy with strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills are essential* Strong organizational, problem solving, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects* Proven experience with a broad base of external customers* Ability to combine both scientific and commercial knowledge to meet customer needs* Ability to clearly and effectively articulate complex concepts* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPointPreferred Qualifications: * Diagnostics/life sciences industry experience strongly preferred* Prior healthcare business development/transactional experience within diagnostics/life sciences industry highly desiredBioReference Laboratories is an Equal Opportunity Employer
