Sidechick Cle is a home management company that provides services to support families in managing day to day home operations, while also taking care of their children and pets. We focus on making sure that the expectations of each home we service are carried out effectively, so families can spend more time together without the stress of worrying when their daily household chores are going to get done! We are seeking to build a team of women who are familiar with what it’s like to need home management support and are willing to provide that to families who need all in one care in their homes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Light housekeeping responsibilities which may include but aren’t limited to: watering plants, dusting of surfaces, cleaning of surfaces and knickknacks, as well as picking up newspapers, magazines and other clutter, emptying the trash, vacuuming and sweeping of main walk areas or the overall completion of specific tasks required to tidy up areas the client uses.
- Organize bedrooms, toy areas, closets, drawers, storage areas and other living spaces.
- Plan and prepare meals for the children and/or family
- Run errands to places such as the dry cleaners, grocery store, school activities, and other locations
- Manage and oversee jobs performed by other staff members or outside workers
- Provide laundry service by washing, drying and putting away clothing, blankets, sheets, and linens in the appropriate place.
- Provide childcare based on agreed-upon schedule
- Assist children with homework, projects and chore schedules as needed
- Perform administrative/clerical tasks such as: calendar management, appointment scheduling
- Continuously access the needs of the home, recommend solutions and implement change as needed
- Care for pets by following guidelines placed clients as it pertains to feeding, walking, bathing, administering medication, and providing overall care.
- Plan parties that take place within the home or within reasonable driving distance.
JOB DETAILS
Work Hours:
- This will be determined by your availability and the availability of the family you’re working for.
Physical Requirements
- Bend over to reach things on the floor, and reach up to get things that are high
- Walk carrying a 3lb weight for 15 minutes (the weight of an average scooter plus backpack)
- Navigate unfamiliar places including crowds, deal with strangers, keep calm and problem-solve in emergencies, cross roads safely with children
- Keep upbeat and positive during activities
Other Requirements
- Must have a smartphone and access to a PC and/or laptop
Education
Experience
- Seeking to hire women who have experience as a nanny, home manager, doula, or other related
