Shift Manager (full-time) Details

Scratch Pizza - Riverside, CA

Due to our continued growth Scratch Pizza is interviewing and hiring for a assistant manager to join our team. This team member will be working at our Riverside location.

The following experience is required.

- Two or more years of pizza making experience. Knowledge of slap and spin out preferred. Papa John's or New York pizza experience helpful (Blaze/Pieology/Little Caesars/Pizza Hut are not applicable)
- Two plus years of restaurant management experience.
- Must have the stamina to work at least 35-40 hours per week.
- Good availability. Will be working both swing and closing shifts (stores close at 830 pm)

- Solid team player. Jump in whenever and wherever needed.
- Completing administrative task ie counting tills, completing basic checklists.
- Creating and ensuring exceptional guest experiences
- Ensuring compliance with all security, food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
- Maintaining cost controls and contributing to the sales/profit goals
- Following all pars and recipes. Utilizing problem solving to adjust when necessary.

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

  • Restaurant Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Hand toss pizza: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Team building: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)
