If you answered yes, we have a spot on our leadership team for you! We're hiring immediately for a shift leader for our overnight shift:

11:30pm until 8am. 5 days and 40 hours per week.

We require a minimum of 1 year Management experience in either the retail, customer service or hospitality industry

Task include but are not limited to:

• Leading and coaching your teammates to work in a productive manner

• Prioritizing daily tasks and delegating work to the team

• Engaging with customers. Using product knowledge to make sales.

• Cash handling and reconciliation

• Ensuring nighty cleaning and store re-set

• Lead by example and work along-side staff performing work and teaching best practices

• Create an exciting, motivated, well-trained staff

• Effective communication, math and writing skills

• Engage in role practice exercises with the staff to improve skill sets

• Demonstrate flexibility in regards to scheduling to ensure needs of the business are met.

We are a business that operates 365 days a year so flexible and fair rotation of holiday coverage is a condition of employment.

**Our hiring wage is $15.00 per hour with a $.50 raise after 90 days**

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
