Our client, a platform creator for insurance industry, has an immediate need for an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Administrator. This is a fast-paced, growth-focused company with many opportunities for career advancement. The role will focus on ServiceNow configuration - scripting, workflow administration, report setup and module customization.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain governance, policies and direction of the CMDB
  • Preserve integrality of the CMDB and Discovery processes
  • Manage discovery application
  • Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of the ServiceNow platform
  • Perform routine maintenance such as performance monitoring, error identification and remediation
  • Create and maintain forms, reports, dashboards, views, workflows, groups and roles
  • Coordinate application and platform upgrades
  • Configure data imports and third party integrations
  • Identify improvements with consumers of data whose processes interact with the CMDB
  • Review CI quality with Business Owners of data
  • Stay up to date with latest releases, product enhancements and plugins
  • Preserve documentation for configuration and troubleshooting of known issues.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Systems administration and technical architecture related to ServiceNow platform
  • Hands-on experience and comprehension of the ServiceNow applications including:
    • CMDB
    • Discovery
    • Incident Management
    • Problem Management
    • Change Management
    • Knowledge Management
  • Excellent communication - verbal and written skills
  • Time management and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to understand complex business needs and adapt appropriately

Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 -3 years of ServiceNow Administrator experience
  • Experience with customer integrations to other products such as Salesforce
  • Ability to work in face paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize, track and manage simultaneous priorities and deliverables
  • Collaborate effectively with teammates local, remote and cross-functional across the organization
  • Experience working with ServiceNow MID Servers and SSO integrations
  • Experience performing upgrades to ServiceNow
