We are currently searching for a Service Desk Technician for our Headquarters office in Harvey, Illinois. Harvey is located approximately 30 miles South of Downtown Chicago. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, End User Computing in the Corporate Information Technology Department, the Service Desk Technician has primary responsibility for providing live and remote technical support to end users and supporting and maintaining Atkore computer systems and equipment. This role is responsible for the coordination and follow-up of customer problems and assists with system administration as needed.
